GLEN DEVERON, Royal Burgh Collection, commemorates the Royal Burgh of Ban, the ancient seaport beside our distillery granted a charter by King Robert II of Scotland. The distillery is situated on the site of an ancient apple orchard. The flavor of apple & toasted cereals is prevalent in the range. As the whisky matures it is joined by more complex notes of roasted nuts, exotic fruits & eucalyptus. The ideal choice for those uninspired by the usual mainstream Speyside offering & are looking to try a classic Highland style. This subtle expression with a golden amber colour has notes of fine toasted cereals and apple, making it a full, fruity malt with a smooth and mellow finish.
