Goa Duty Free is located at the International Arrivals & Departures, Manohar International Airport also called GAL, Goa, India. International passengers can buy from our shop only if they are travelling through this airport and holding a valid international flight boarding card and passport.

Unfortunately, no. Indian customs regulations permit only international flight passengers to buy from the Duty-Free shop. As per Customs regulations, only passengers having an international boarding pass and a valid passport are eligible to shop at Goa Duty Free.

We do not sell electronic items like TV, cameras, phones. We have electronic accessories like speakers, headphones, and Bluetooth speakers as of now.

We are operating 24x7 around the clock at international arrivals, 365 days a year.

Goa Duty Free sells a wide range of products from Liquor, Confectionery, Perfume, Cosmetics, Sunglasses, Watches, Electronic accessories, Tobacco & Packaged Food. But we only showcase just a part of it on the website. If you're unable to find the product you're looking for on searching on our website, please feel free to enquire at: gdf.customercare@gmrgroup.in - about the product you wish to purchase. This is our endeavour to encourage the responsible display of information only to passengers travelling out of the international airport. This is also due to certain applicable laws.

There is no return or exchange policy. For any other concern related to your purchase please write to us at: gdf.customercare@gmrgroup.in within 30 days of your purchase.

 It’s a special provision for travellers who travel via Goa Airport, and plan to purchase at arrivals on return, can register at our departure store and avail special discount on sales on return. This offer is not applicable without any registration in before departing.

 You need to register avail by sharing details of the Passport, DOB and full name of the passenger. After that you will get a shopping pass that entitles you to get a special discount on arrival across the entire range of products except Tobacco.

The benefits include:

    • Assured discount voucher upon arrival purchase.
    • Special discount to individuals not available to other passengers

  • 2 liters of alcoholic liquor or wine.

Find the limitations below:

  • Other than liquor and tobacco total bill value should not cross 50,000.
  • Online: Max up to 25K on card payment on website and the rest to be paid offline for bill settlement (either in 25K INR cash or INR card or Non-INR currencies)
  • Offline: Limit of Duty Free payments up to INR 25000 through credit or debit card. Rest in non-INR currencies.
