Mount Gay XO is a small-batch blend of carefully selected mature rums. It is distilled in traditional copper pot and column stills and matured between 5 to 17 years in American whiskey, bourbon and cognac casks. Vanilla, oaky, dry spice, sweet notes, fig and plum. Slightly astringent. Smooth and richly creamy on palate. Complex and balanced with excellent finish with medium to long persistence. Mount Gay XO is a triple cask blend to create a rich rum with deep aromatic complexity and multifaceted flavours for a memorable sipping experience.
