An assemblage of our oldest whiskies – distilled over 30 years ago when malting still occurred on site – with spirit matured in a selection of the world's finest 'designer' casks. The final piece of Signet is chocolate-malted barley and high-roasted barley, a unique ingredient only used by Glenmorangie. Signet is undoubtedly is the richest whisky in our range. The nose displays exquisite richness, starting off with strong Aruba espresso notes fused with treacly plum pudding, rich with sherry and candied orange peel. The taste is a contrast of opulent sweetness with an explosive crackle of sizzling spices and bitter mocha. The finish is startling, a fresh spring-like breeze of mint with a bright lemon green quality.
